PCB & LOOM ASSEMBLY

CONVENTIONAL PCB ASSEMBLY & SURFACE MOUNT ASSEMBLY

We can meet all your contract electronic manufacturing requirements from PCB design and full procurement management to assembly.

We provide solutions for a range of products using conventional through hole, mixed through hole or high spec Surface Mount Technology (SMT).

Our Automatic Screen Printer SR3200 EVO ensures pasting process accuracy. Our suite of Mirae robots (1010, 1020P & 1020QP) allow us to place components as small as 0201 and as large as 18.00mm.
We can manufacture PCBs in 3 stages, increasing production volume and decreasing the time from paste to reflow.
We operate both a 5-zone and new 14-zone (7 top, 7 bottom) reflow ovens. This increased capability gives us full control over temperature to ensure quality and specificity of products.

All our PCBs go through a very thorough quality inspection including Automatic Optical Inspection, visual and X-ray inspection. We can also undertake device programming and testing using bespoke functional test equipment.

KEY STRENGTHS

LOOM ASSEMBLY & COIL WINDING

We manufacture all types of cable assemblies - from simple cut, strip and tin cable marking, solder or crimp termination to complex, high specification, labour-intensive dressed harnesses.
We can work with customer-supplied wiring schedules for any application and develop and/or construct the wiring accordingly.

Our coil/induction services range from standard toroidal and core windings to vacuum impregnated assemblies.

KEY STRENGTHS

  • Simple point-to-point cables to complex wiring harnesses
  • Bespoke cable assemblies
  • Military and aerospace standards
  • Low to high batch sizes
  • Short lead times
  • Full functionality testing
  • Fully project management via an ERP system
