Chief Executive Officer

With an extensive background in purchasing, material control and project management, Simon took over as Managing Director in 2007.

Chief Financial Officer

Anne joined Philtronics in 2008 after starting her career as a financial analyst with Thomson Financial. She has a French degree in International Business & Logistics.

Chief Operating Officer

Jack was appointed in 2023 and brings extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, and supply chain management from his former careers in the military and industry.

Chief Technology Officer

Having worked as a contractor with Philtronics since 2016, Simon has now formally joined our team as CTO. Simon is degree qualified in Computer Science with 30 years' experience in various industries including Manufacturing, Construction and Financial.

Purchasing Manager

Rachel started her Philtronics journey in 2010 and is now in charge of the Purchasing Team.

She has gained a wealth of expertise and product knowledge and developed excellent relationship with our supply base.

Office Manager

Claire joined us over 9 years ago and quickly progressed within the business to become Office Manager.

Quality & NPI Manager

Dan joined the management team in 2021 as Quality Manager. He has 9 years’ experience as a Test Technician in the Royal Air Force, a BSc in Aircraft Engineering, and is a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.

Production Manager

Marie manages the Production Team having gained a wealth of experience and product knowledge working in the business for over 12 years.

Engineering Manager

With a background in Electronics Engineering, Calum has recently joined the management team. He brings with him his experience in continuous improvement, data analysis and fault finding.
