COMPREHENSIVE TESTING & INSPECTION SERVICE

We are committed to supplying fully tested products to a high quality standard, whether they are PCBs, looms or full box or rack build.

All products are manually tested; requiring a high skill set. Our team all hold industry standard qualifications in electronics. Automated testing can be offered if high volumes are required.

The team compile and develop test specifications in-house, to ensure the optimum regime of test procedures and functions for each individual product. They also build test jigs to meet clients’ specific requirements.

All box build, looms and PCBs are 100% visually inspected by multiple inspectors who are IPC certified, to ensure our standards are maintained consistently.
All loom assemblies and box builds are also fully continuity checked.
Additionally, PCBs are inspected using microscope, AOI (automated optical inspection) and X-ray where required.

CEM REPAIR & RETURNS


Philtronics provides an in-house repair, rework, upgrade and modification service for our customers wishing to outsource their returns process.

We provide a competitively priced, quick and efficient service. You will receive an initial assessment report within 5 working days. Our aim is to send the completed repair and comprehensive repair report back to our customer in under 2 weeks (dependent on parts availability).
