CAPABILITIES & FACILITIES

RAPID PROTOTYPING & VALUE ENGINEERING

We offer a rapid prototyping service - from 24 hours to 10 days and will project manage from concept to delivery. Our aim is to find practical, cost-effective solutions with the shortest possible lead time.

The prototype is delivered with a full report detailing any component, process or design problems found during our test and inspection procedures.
We work closely with our customers in the product development stages and will actively look for ways to take costs out of the process. This could be via a change of supplier or through the use of different materials. Overall, we will be seeking to optimise quality and minimise costs.

In addition, our sister company, Philtronics Solutions, provides a full product development service from concept to delivery.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Through partnership with our sister company, Philtronics Solutions, we are able to offer extensive design and development services. We can help with all aspects of electronic and firmware design including:
  • New product design and development
  • Design for manufacture (DFM) of existing product
  • PCB CAD design and reverse engineering of old product

PROCUREMENT & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

Our Purchasing team will deliver as much or as little of the bill of procurement as necessary. Whether a customer requires full or part procurement, we can provide a competitive cost solution underpinned by service level and contracted agreements.

Our buyers source components internationally, seeking the best possible prices and lead times, without compromising quality.

CLEANROOM & FACILITIES

We have a 175m2 ISO14644 Class 7 cleanroom which has increased our capabilities.

It serves our existing customers as we evolve their build to the next level and it also allows us to attract new business.

All our electronics services and capability are based under one roof, offering customers easier communication, faster decision-making and greater control.

We can manage stock holdings and deliveries to ensure the smooth running of the supply chain and provide full traceability of components.

We also have our own fleet of vehicles, ensuring control and flexibility right through to delivery.

Our location also benefits us in this, being sufficiently distant from major conurbations to keep overheads low, whilst still having fast and easy access to the M4 corridor and to the Midlands and the North via the A465 Heads of the Valleys road and the M50 / M5
