Philtronics is a privately owned business based just outside Aberdare in South Wales, UK.

Founded 20 years ago and operating from its 24,500 sq ft facilities, the Company is ambitious and growth driven.

Our vision is that all products are manufactured to the highest specification in a safe and secure environment,

ensuring the customer receives exemplary goods, first time, every time.

Philtronics enjoys a high level of repeat contracting work from customers, many of whom serve global markets.

Simon Pritchard

Chief Executive Officer
With an extensive background in purchasing, material control and project management, Simon took over as Managing Director in 2007.

Chief Financial Officer
Anne joined Philtronics in 2008 after starting her career as a financial analyst with Thomson Financial. She has a French degree in International Business & Logistics.

Jack Dempsey

Chief Operating Officer
Jack was appointed in 2023 and brings extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, and supply chain management from his former careers in the military and industry.

Chief Technology Officer
Having worked as a contractor with Philtronics since 2016, Simon has now formally joined our team as CTO. Simon is degree qualified in Computer Science with 30 years' experience in various industries including Manufacturing, Construction and Financial.

Jeremy is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS) and has over 30 years of extensive experience in both direct and indirect procurement and supply chain management roles across a diverse range of sectors and categories.

Rachel started her Philtronics journey in 2010 and is now in charge of the Purchasing Team.
She has gained a wealth of expertise and product knowledge and developed excellent relationship with our supply base.

Dan Ponting

Quality & NPI Manager
Dan joined the management team in 2021 as Quality Manager. He has 9 years’ experience as a Test Technician in the Royal Air Force, a BSc in Aircraft Engineering, and is a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.

Philtronics Solutions is a technology development company that offers smart innovation, from concept to delivery. We offer electronic and firmware design services through to design for manufacturing. Philtronics Solutions is committed to developing and supporting sport in Wales.
